Views to die for. Hot tub on balcony. Room was understated but modern and clean. View lying in bed of lake in big opening picture window. Honesty bar downstairs. Breakfast was great. John in breakfast room was just a lovely person. He couldn't do enough.

I liked the view from our room, the cleanliness and the accommodating staff.

Gian was absolutely exceptional he walked our huge suitcases 2km in pouring rain just to help us out I cannot thank him enough and our stay here was exceptional with great views. Lovely place and amazing hospitality absolutely unmatched.

The hotel is extremely clean and in very good conditions. Both common areas and the room are nicely decorated, something that is not always the case in Switzerland, with some hotels (also expensive ones) that offer just the bare minimum. The sight from the room was amazing, we could see the Alps all around. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the wooden floor instead of the usual carpet floor was a nice surprise, it makes the room feel a bit more like "home". The staff/owners are very nice and helpful, you can tell they care about their guests. This is probably why also the breakfast buffet and the 4-course dinner are delicious. Dinner can sound expensive (around 75chf per person), but it's absolutely worth it. One of the best dinner we had in Switzerland.
