Beautiful lakeside hotel with great lakeside view.
Hotel a tad dated but still nice and in a great location. Staff was great.
My favorite was the breakfast. Not that it offers unusual things but it is being managed super-well.
First of all, the surprise: we were given a Suite without asking. Then the location outside Lugano that can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The restaurant was nice: we had one dinner and all breakfast. No complaint. Staff extremely friendly.
The garage is very practical. There is a nice pool that we did not use. Dinner on the terrace is great.
This hotel deserves more stars.

Everything was as expected. Really good place to stay for our long weekend getaway.
