The location is perfect. It is in a quiet residential area, yet easily accessible by public transportation. The neighborhood is quaint and very walkable. The tram pickup is less than a block away with the trams running very frequently. The staff and management are exceptional and happy to help with any issues that arise. They go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I highly recommend this facility for a safe, quiet, pleasant stay.

I made a reservation in the booking and the reception was kind enough to make a change at the last minute. Very welcoming staff and breakfast service. There are free drinks and fruit at the reception. Great quality to price ratio.

We loved the spacious room, which was spotless. We travelled with dogs and it was good to have a large garden and green spaces on property. The hotel is very close to pubic transport (a tram line) connecting it to St. Jakob park (a shopping centre). We arrived after reception closing time and could collect the key via a safe box, which worked perfectly. Another big plus is the hotel free parking plus plenty of free parking spaces on the street

It has public transportation, a grocery store, a park and botanical garden in walking distance.
