Extremely welcoming, friendly, and invaluable staff. Very reactive and polite. Welcome drink is nice. Breakfast is rich & good. The bathroom is new & hotel is clean and modern with a certain cachet
Clean, convenient to Gruyère, very nice staff, beautifully decorated
Very convenient location (you walk out of the train station and you’re there, but you can also walk in the town from it). The hotel room was very clean and the staff was very nice. We had an issue with the electronic lock and we were promptly helped 😊. No complaints about our stay!
So convenient located right just next to the train station, making the travel to gruyere, broc....etc so easily .
Our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to choose from.
We were traveling with a toddler and a dog, and the hotel was wonderfully accommodating. Our room was thoughtfully prepared for our dog, complete with bowls and snacks. There’s also a lovely play area for children, which was a great bonus.
