Excellent hotel - great location for UN and university offices. Beautiful rooms, exceptionally cleaned and looked after every day. Air conditioning excellent and not too noisy. Staff super friendly, lovey restaurant, and all very convenient and comfy!

Great location bc of free transportation
From the hospitality point of view, the hotel staff from the reception to the housekeeping are very courteous and friendly. From the time I booked, the communication was very efficient which made planning very comfortable. The rooms are quite well equipped with properly functioning appliances and water pressure with hot water. Although being next to a busy road, the room was quiet with comfortable beds. Its also within 6 mins walk from the nearest tram station which is connected to the main Geneva station. The rooms also did not smell damp or with strong fragrance.
