Booked last minute after discharge from hospital in Visp. Super friendly personnel, late dinner and dessert no problem, helped me out with toothbrush/ toothpaste kit, yummy breakfast with good jam, yoghurt, lots of bread choices and good meats/cheese. Loaned me a charger for the phone!
I travelled alone in Summer, for hiking tours. Got an excellent room with balcony without too much sight (which did not matter). A good location for robust hiking people. Breathtaking landscapes and views, up to 3000m. In Winter: Close to transporting installations (not operational in summer). Excellent breakfast.

Very nice, obliging and friendly hosts, great breakfast, spotless facilities, beautiful location with scenic hikes up the hill behind the hotel. Recommended for couples who like the quiet, natural environment and walking, and have their own car to get here.
