This is an excellent boutique hotel that stands out for its thoughtful attention to detail—such as carpeted corridors that help dampen noise, modern wooden finishes, a touch-sensitive reading light by the bed, and complimentary bottled water in the room. An added bonus is the outstanding on-site restaurant, which serves high-quality regional cuisine. The chef’s culinary ambition is evident in the restaurant’s inclusion in both the Michelin and Gault&Millau guidebooks. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even offering to serve breakfast a bit earlier on a Sunday so I could depart ahead of the usual schedule. The continental breakfast featured fresh and tasty regional and home-made items, ... yummy!

On a pu profiter de la restauration en terrasse extérieur, c'était très agréable.
Der "Cerf" ist ein wunderschönes Haus in der Juragemeinde Sonceboz. Anstelle des bekannten Restaurants mit Auszeichnung wählten wir die "Brasserie" und hatten das "Wetter-)Glück im kleinen Garten speisen zu können. Das Essen war tadellos Die Weinempfehlung war gut, auch wenn uns einer der teureren Weine empfohlen wurde. Aber die Qualität hat gestimmt. Trotz der Lage (an der Strasse) war es ruhig. Das Zimmer und die Betten ebenfalls gut.
