Great property located in the heart of Lugano. Walking distance from the train station. I was able to check in early. Friendly staff. Great place if you are planning on staying in Lugano.
Great location with a grocery store next door. Only a few steps from the lake. Everything was great, but the room was a little small, with the sink in the room. The sink dispenser was out of soap. The shower was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Great, helpful staff.
The location was excellent - and the staff was personable, friendly and extremely helpful in guiding towards things to do in the Lugano area. Not fancy but perfect for my needs - a comfy bed and shower…

Good hotel close to the lake. Got a friendly reception when we checked in. We did check-in in advance using the link sent by the hotel, where passports and other information were uploaded beforehand (I believe contactless check-in was available doing this). Rooms were simple, comfortable, and clean.
Close to restaurants and a Coop grocery store/shopping centre. Can walk to the train station up the mountain, though this is steep. Better idea to take the bus that takes about ten minutes to get to the train station.
