Beautifully furnished and clean. Very nice owners.
Bathroom, coffeemachine in the room, spacious. They have some parking space about 100 meters from the hotel.
Room was spacious. Bed very comfy. Modern bathroom. Place quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful place, comfortable and quiet room with nice views, great location for skiing, breakfast was perfect both content and atmosphere, staff were very helpful and friendly AFTER I checked in.
So here is why they don’t get a 10: I arrived around 1pm with a ski bag, boot bag and suitcase. Door was locked and said check-in started at 3pm. There was a number to call but no answer. I could see and hear people inside (cleaning or whatever?) but despite knocking several times they ignored me. Would not have been too difficult to let me drop the bags and wander back to town to grab lunch. A pretty irritating start. However as I said above, once I was checked in things were great. I hope they will consider changing how they do check-in’s.
I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality of stay! I recommend it for anyone who stays in andermatt.
