The smile of eveybody of the staff, always happy to help
The hotel is centered in a nice location, and the lake is gorgeous in front of the hotel. The most important is The owner, she is a very nice lady that made sure we didn’t miss anything, actually the owner is the the main reason why we might come back to the hotel on another trip
The staff was friendly and very welcoming to our dog.
Very well located, a few minutes walk to the gondolas, close to restaurants. Cozy and very good value for money. Very friendly staff.
Beautiful room with a view of the mountains, ate dinner one night on the balcony with a full moon and a book -- truly delightful. Came back from a long hike the other day, close to dinner close time, and the kitchen staff accommodated me and made sure I had food to eat.
Highly recommend! Staff are lovely as well.
