The customer service. She was great assisting us with our luggage. I left my luggage at the office while I was sightseeing the city. They took my luggage into my room after my 6pm check in. I loved the customer service. Keep the good work.
The proximity to Hbf, it is very convenient to travel from the station. The rooms were clean, and has an adequately equipped kitchen.
Absolutely great stay, only 5min walk from the train station. The receptionist and the owners were welcoming and warm. They even offered us coffee and chai. The breakfast was free and the room was cozy and comfortable. I will recommend to anyone visiting florence!
We only stay for a night, but all facilities was ok.
