We were upgraded to Hotel Toscana with the private room & a lift with a small additional charge & it was worth it. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the mountains and easy access to all the main attractions. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Heater worked well. Staff was very nice. They tried to help us with everything we needed. There was kitchen. Location was very good.
It was very economic price for Interlaken stays. Heater didn't work on the first day but staff helped us for the next stay here.
The room is exceptional with a comfy bed, pillow and blanket. There's no air conditioning in the room but it's occupied with a fan and won't be hot even though it's summer. Kitchen facility is sufficient including microwave, stove, fridge and utensils. Check in time is late 16:30 and if intended to check in earlier, guest are invited to go to another hotel for a check in procedure (400m).
