Incredible place with excellent breakfast, staff and location.
Beautiful property and wonderful location. The lake view room was excellent. The staff were extremely attuned to the needs of guests. Breakfast was very good.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations at Lausanne Palace. Even prior to our arrival, we received a thoughtful and thorough message to answer our questions and assist with reservations. Special thanks to Stefano. The room and terrace were unexpectedly spacious, and the lake view was really beautiful. I also enjoyed a peaceful early morning swim with the twinkling lights above the pool... so pretty. We were made to feel welcome and were always acknowledged by the friendly staff coming and going. I would especially like to thank Wilson for his attentiveness and care. Lausanne Palace will take a prominent place in the happy memories of our visit to Switzerland.
