Perfect contact with property and nice Restaurant and the book me the best view table even they were full on Saturday evening. Delicious food and clean comfortable room with amazing view.
The hotel is charming, and has an exceptional location with breathtaking views of lugano lake from the room window (pictures attached)

The scenery and good beds. It would have been better if it didn't rain the whole time. Our local guide Richard was awesome and we learned alot of history from him
The room was clean, but the building is old, thus, the bathroom was sepparate from the room which was a little inconvinient. The room and especially the view was beautifull.
Beautiful and quaint location. Easy to get to Lugano. Very good restaurant and friendly staff.
