The staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. Ryan made sure to make us feel welcome and was more than patient with all our requests. We he rooms were clean and the bedding very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers. Extremely well located too.

It was in the heart of Geneva, the staff were very nice and accommodating. We arrived early morning and check in was mid afternoon. They offered an early check in rate which we all happily agreed to. It was very easy to get around Geneva
