La Ginabelle ist just a 5-minute walk from the Zermatt Train Station and a 1-minute walk from the cable cars. The rooms are nice and clean, room service cleaning is great, the reception staff and breakfast staff are very welcoming and nice .. the bar tender has amazing virgin pinacolada that my husband loved , and the pools are just wonderful. Location is great , just 6 minutes walking from train station

Very good breakfast, helpful staff, heated lockers in ski room, jacuzzi-pool, Matterhorn view from the room, very clean, less than 5 minute walk to the Sunnega lift, across the road from a ski rental shop

Breakfast was excellent, there was an extensive variety of foods for different diets. They made us fresh eggs the way we wanted every morning at their live egg station. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. I requested a room change and they changed it the next day. The kids club was the best part!! It's included in your stay! My husband and I got to spend some quality time together knowing our kids were safe at the kids club.
