Very clean and nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The balcony is fully fenced off as well so our dog enjoyed lying in the sun on the balcony.

Very nice room with a balcony and very good service. Our flight got delayed and they waited for us to make our check in. I would repeat this property

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and helped us with travel to St Jakobs park.

We stayed here due to the price and other reviews. There is good parking and the check-in was good. The staff member was lovely. The room had what we needed for the night. The fridge with cold water was a nice touch. There is a bakery just next door for breakfast.

We stayed 1 night for the Eurovision. We easily reached the hotel by train from the SBB station. The best part was once we arrived. The owner himself, knowing a taxi would have been to expensive and that it would have taken us long to reach Jakobshalle by public transportation, offered to take us by car. I haven't seen an act of kindness like that...probably ever! They were all very helpful and welcoming. They also upgraded our room free of charge. It was a clean room with everything you might need for a quick and comfortable stay. THANK YOU ARBEN!!!!
