Absolutely amazing customer service. Had everything we need. Parking was easy.

The manager's service is excellent, with a lot of care.

The location is fine - just outside the center and just by the lake. The appartment is cozy and fully equipped. The beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. Parking in the garage is very fine.

The apartment is very well located with 2 mins walk to the lake, 15 mins walk to the train station, 3 mins walk to the supermarkets, all were very convenient. In addition, a free parking space is definitely a plus to those who arrived with own vehicles.

My husband and I came to ski St. Moritz for a long weekend and had a great stay at this apartment! The apartment was clean and bigger than it looks in the photos, which is always a nice surprise. It was conveniently located walking distance to a huge grocery store, several restaurants and shops, the lake (which was frozen over and you could walk on!), and to the bus stop to the ski mountain (which is free if you are skiing). The partial view of the lake from the balcony was very nice and the apartment itself was very quiet. Check-in communication in English with Delphine was excellent and the apartment had all the cooking utensils we needed for the kitchen. We felt very comfortable in this apartment and enjoyed watching TV and relaxing after skiing. We would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
