The location is great & the staff were helpful specially the man that worked in the breakfast buffet. He was amazing.

The staff at this hotel are exemplary. The breakfast is available until noon. Everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained.

Location, location, location. Great restaurants right the doorstep of the entrance, and perfectly located to explore shops and sightseeing via foot. Despite some shortcomings on temperature regulation (during summer), the hotel's excellent location and great service truly made it shine. The reception staff tried their very best to make us comfortable despite not having any air-conditioning in the sweltering heat of summer (due to building codes in heritage buildings) and gave us different room options to consider. Shoutout to the hotel's bellhop, who seemed genuinely happy to assist whenever he can and always with a big smile on his face. Thank you!

The hotel is in a perfect location. Within the old city walls, close to Paradaplatz Square, the Lake, Banhhofstrassen and less than 10 minute walk to the Train station. The rooms were comfortable and of a good size. The bed was very comfortable.
