Great location for the Jungfraujoch and Murren. Beautiful scenery. The reception and breakfast were great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Too bad there wasn't a on site laundry though. It would have been great.
Super updated and clean, comfortable rooms with very effective AC for warm days. Front desk staff was super helpful. One of the best hotels we stayed at during our whole Switzerland trip
The staff were very polite and their guidance and assistance were helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. The location and accessibility of the hotel was excellent. Access to the West Railway Station was easy.
Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and activities.
The single room is small but comfortable and loved having a balcony. Breakfast was great, also the free tea and coffee in the afternoon. Everyone was very friendly and being able to go for a swim is a bonus.
