View from the balcony and silence during the night. One wall is quite thin though and you can sometimes hear the owner behind the white doors (if he is there). Seems like he does not live there.

The house is located close to hiking trails. There is enough place for parking. The studio is newly furnished, modern, clean and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, bedlinen pleasant. The possibility to use outer blinds is great and makes the room perfectly dark. There is a spacious balcony with the option to dine there. A Coop supermarket is really close and offers a wide variety of goods. The wifi works very well and there is a plug reduction for the E-type (French type of plug) in one socket - which is really thoughtful.

Great location, well-equipped and maintained, clean apartment. Featuring terrace with mountain view, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare your own meal; Quiet neighbourhood, close to hiking trails and Cry d'Er cable car, Coop supermarket a couple of minutes away, same for the bus stop, pharmacy and quite a few restaurants. Etang Grenon and d'Ycoor in walkable distance, only 2km from the Montana Gare station. The staff was very nice and helpful and the apartment offers very easy self-checking and checkout (key pickup and drop)
