One night's stay at the Chalet, but worth it! We were picked up from the station with our bags by Marina who was amazing and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay special. She also picked out cases up from the chalet and took them to the hotel the next day so we could explore the town. Then took us back to the station when we were ready to leave.
We used the spa facilities the next day and the view from the outdoor pool area is exactly as pictured but even more picturesque than I could've imagined.
It made our last night and day the best we'd had in our 2 weeks trip around Switzerland and Northern Italy.
We even did the cable car trip which is located just outside the hotel.
There was absolutely nothing out of place, everything you need.
Friendly, helpful staff who do anything to accommodate your needs and fantastic facilities with unmatched views on the Matterhorn. A wonderful trip, we will definitely be back!
Breakfast was phenomenal, eggs ordered to your preference, quiet and cozy, with service that was very attentive.
This hotel was absolutely amazing! It well exceeded our expectations. The view was the most impressive sight. The staff was so friendly & helpful. The pool & spa were excellent. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast we had in Switzerland.
