Great location close to many amazing restaurants and attractions. Transit passes was helpful to get around the city.
Staff was very helpful in meeting our needs and answering questions about Lausanne and local attractions. Friendly, courteous, and eager to help.
We most liked the location and the comfortable bed. The agreement they have with the parking garage is very nice also.
The rooms are nicely decorated and there are enough electrical outlets to charge all of your things.
The City view from the 3rd floor was unexpectedly beautiful. It was not explicitly advertised, and since it was just the 3rd floor I did not expect much, but you get a view over the city, all the way to lake Geneva and mountains across.
Location is great, just a few steps away from the metro entrance and you get a free public transport pass as a visitor.
The location was great and it was really helpful being able to drop our luggage off before we checked in. The free travel pass would have been very helpful too if we hadn't already had a Swiss Travel Pass.
