- Only a few minutes walk from the lake.
- Apartment is literally over the Migros; easy access to groceries which is great !
- Also parking available (in Migros) for CHF 10.-/per day (with a parking card ready for you in room).
- Nice quiet room even if situated over Migros.
- Fully equipment kitchenette with everything you’d need !
- Nicely decorated; a home away from home :-) ! You can see the effort put into it :-)
- There’s a small terrace with sitting area for coffee or breakfast

Cute little centrally located apartment - everything we needed with a bus stop right outside and a supermarket downstairs and the beach a short walk away.

Kleines, sehr nette Appartment im Herzen Asconas. Alles was man für einige Tag braucht, wenn man kein Hotel buchen möchte. Abwicklung problemlos, Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis vorhanden. Sehr aufmerksame, freundliche Gastgeberin. Trotz dem Supermarkt unten im Haus sehr ruhig.
Freundlicher Empfang, trotz sehr spontaner Anreise. Alles da was man braucht.
