La localisation de l’appartement par rapport à l’arrivée du téléphérique, au départ de l’école de ski et des remontées mécaniques, la superbe vue sud sur les 4000 entourant Zermatt et sur l’anneau de ski de fond situé sur le golf, tout comme la proximité du supermarché constituent des plus indéniables.
