Spacious room and the spa/pool. We ended up getting upgraded and I feel like we hit the jackpot! Well worth it and we didn't even have to book the Aspen hotel rooms but we got all the same amenities and treatment.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The microwave made our stay much easier. The river in front was so beautiful—we couldn’t get enough of it. The walk along the river was also amazing and a great experience.
I love the spa included in the facilities, it was really relaxing after a long walk. I could see the Matterhorn when I walked out to the yard surprisingly since I did not book a room with mountain-view.
Lovely staff. Loved being welcomed with a glass of Prosecco! Nice breakfast. Within 5 minute walk from the train station. Got upgraded! The room was spacious, clean, quiet, comfy but very cold the first night; the issue was addressed by the team the next day. The pool is lovely, the saunas are nice, the outside jacuzzi was not hot.
