The family-owned Anno 1793 Sekelgården is housed in a 17th-century building in central Ystad. It has free Wi-Fi, free use of the sauna and individually decorated rooms, just 320 yards from the harbor and beach. All rooms at Sekelgården include a flat-screen cable TV and a private bathroom with bathtub or shower. The rooms display both old-fashioned and contemporary styles. Sekelgården’s charming, rustic restaurant features its own microbrewery. A buffet breakfast is served every morning. Bicycles can be rented on site. The house/hotel is well maintained, distinctive and conveniently located in the old town area; easily walkable but very quiet. My room was spacious, immaculate, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The bed was very soft and comfortable with high quality linens and the perfect weight of duvet. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous with a wide variety of options.
Parking is a little precarious but other then that all is good

This bed and breakfast was so charming. It’s in a historical half-timbered building with a small garden/patio in the middle. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was wonderful. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place with cute old-fashioned B&B decor (floral wallpapers and all).
Wonderful old world charm in historic well-kept building. Garden, good breakfast, unique room with nice owners.
