The staff at reception were exceptional- they assisted us with bookings, directions, bus timetables etc. The location was perfect and the breakfast was also great with lots of choice.
Lovely hotel in the heart of Kiruna. The rooms were spacious and full of amenities. Staff very helpful.
Hotel staff was really good, friendly and welcoming. There was a grocery store nearby. Pizza at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional. Luggage storage was provided. Also sleds for kids. Facilities like swimming pool, sauna, library and gym were excellent. Saw northern lights and nacreous clouds at the hotel.
The breakfast and gym were great! We really enjoyed the small sauna.
I was surprised how big and well equipped the gym was. The pool was really nice too.
