This place was a very happy surprise in so many ways! We really did not know what to expect from a pirate-themed resort but we had a beautiful and very comfortable room. Mid-week and off-season, we had the whole resort practically to ourselves. It is situated on the water so we enjoyed a morning walk around the property. The breakfast buffet was fabulous!
I can't imagine what the resort is like during the summer, it must be crazy busy with the amusement park. But if I lived near, I would definitely take my grandkids for a couple of days.
Clean, easy to find, only 8 mins from Strømstad centre, comfortable bed
It has great character, nice facilities and beautiful nature around as well as nice people working there.
Good facilities, several things were closed during the period since we were there in early June. Good breakfast and good location, only 5-7 min. by car to Strømstad.
Fun for kids, great location, great views, clean, well equippef.
