Great team very helpful and attentive. Personal touches such as making sure we had a packed breakfast with a personal message for our day. The hotel has obviously been recently refurbished and offers smart clean rooms.

We loved EVERYTHING, starting with the wonderful welcome, the stunning room, breakfast was amazing, the owners made us the best breakfast bag to take on the early train with us, we can't rate this hotel high enough. Even the gluten free was catered for both for breakfast and dinner at night.

Everything! If you are reading this review, STAY HERE. This young man grew up in this town. Worked in this hotel as a kid, his parents owned it. He moved to the USA to work with Wells Fargo Bsnk. His mom is retiring, so he decided the financial business was not for him and opted to move back here and take ownership and run this hotel. Wow, in my travels I never see this, hotels like this are bought out by corporations or foreign entities when something like this happens. EVERYTHING was excellent. Rooms are updated, plenty of parking, breakfast and staff outstanding. So please, patronize this young man and his business.

Lovely location central to Ostersund. Good parking behind the hotel.

Originally we had a room across the street. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room in the main building.
