The staff was very helpful and handy to provide assistance
No reception! Everything was self service! The place itself was clean and cozy. The rooms was comfortable and nice!
Great location, great value, great staff = 10/10
Nice and clean rooms. Not really what one would expect from a hotel but it was worthy for the price. The bed was comfortable, as it was winter so the heating was perfect. Hot water in the shower. Complementary tea and coffee. We met one of the staff members at the entrance who was nice and helpful (however there is no reception).
We stayed at the apartment and it was very spacious, my parents really liked the place. It was clean and comfortable, I would stay here again.
