The room is extremely nice and clean. The bathroom too.
It’s very cozy and warm, we got the alpaca suite and we fell in love. The bed is huge, the house is warm and super comfortable, we also had a coffee machine which was great due to the cold weather. The staff are amazing, Isabella is so nice, she’s the politest person I’ve ever seen in my life, don’t forget to do the alpaca tour and meet chilli, one of the best alpacas.
Location and how clean it was. The animals were sweet and you could pet them. The host also seemed super lovely, but we did not see any staff in person (only chat).
The host (Isabella) is very friendly and helpful. The farm animals are definitely a lovely surprise to us. My son (9 years old) loves them. Isabella kindly showed him around and fed some of the animals, which became a wonderful part of the whole trip. Many thanks!
