Appartamento piccolo ma molto nuovo e ben tenuto, confortevole e con il pezzo forte del terrazzino, un gioiellino anche se purtroppo la vista è un po limitata dal palazzo di fronte, nonostante si sia a tetto. Pulitissimo e dotato di una lavasciuga e una cucina con lavastoviglie tutta nuova. Situato in un quartiere a poche fermate di mezzo pubblico dal centro e in un contesto di quartiere vivibile e molto grazioso, servito da molti negozi.
