The Rooms - The rooms were spacious and clean. Each room had 1 king bed and 1 twin bed giving us enough space. Washrooms were very spacious and well maintained.

The Location - The property was right on the beach. We had access to a nice private beach which was beautiful and clean. Plenty of restaurants in the area if you want to try different food options.

The Food - Breakfast was excellent. We tried both western and Sri Lankan breakfast. All the other food options we tried from the menu were also delicious and portion size was generous.

Overall it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay for our families.

1. the location of ABV is excellent. It is quiet, juts out into a sandy clean beach, and has a nice overlook for seating and breakfast by the ocean.

2. the breakfasts were outstanding. we preferred the sri lankan breakfast (and also had the western breakfast). every day we got a different variety of curry (chicken or fish) hoppers and sambol.

3. The staff care was exceptional. from room cleaning to breakfast suggestions to helping with the basics of getting around - they were very kind and gracious. Mr. Thilaka, Mr. George and their staff made our stay the best with personal care.

4. It is a 10 min beach walk to the Turtle Beach, Frog rock and coconut tree swing. If you watch carefully, the turtles ride the waves in front of ABV (and they sometimes come ashore) in the mornings. Beyond Frog Rock, there is a shallow area visited by large leatherback turtles. Great for kids and adults.

The location, staff very attentive and friendly. Nice rooms with beautiful views.

Breakfast was very good. Room was also very clean and well maintained.

I liked the hospitality of the staff and they are flexible to serve you a dish that you like and matches your request, The food experience was good, I enjoyed a delicious Srilankan breakfast and sea food for lunch and dinner.

Indian Ocean View from the room is a unique thing one should experience from this place.
