Staff were excellent Breakfast very good. Restaurant next door best food in area.many turtles to swim with near by. Clean and location good any problem was fixed ASAP

Good location close to the beach and great guys making breakfast and cleaning the room.

The place is quite close to the beach road and the beach. It's in a very quiet area with a lot of trees and birds. We stayed in the upstair double room with balcony, which had a good view and the villa's kitchen and common rooftop were nearby. The room itself is very spacious, with a high roof, comfortable bed, AC, a mini fridge, and an attached bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and spacious the room was. We were welcomed with chilled king coconut, which was very refreshing. The breakfasts were quite good and filling. The room's balcony has enough space and good chairs to sit out and enjoy the weather and the view even when it's raining. This is one of the few places in Madiha and Polhena that have AC rooms. Good host, good staff. The overall experience was very satisfying.

Calm & quiet place, just near to the polhena beach. It's good place to dine, There are so many restaurant arround the villa. Delicious breakfast.

Great hosts who will ensure your time in Sri Lanka is enjoyable. This was our second time at Amazing Villa, and can't wait to come back again. Madiha village is every bit a quiet coastal village as you can imagine. Great waves and beautiful beaches. Ruwan and his family truly treated us to a wonderful time. Highly recommend the breakfast spread at this property. The quality of produce they get is top draw.
