Nice staff, nice looking hotel, off the main road so quiet, but easy to walk to everything. Food just ok.
The staff couldn't have done more to help, and the breakfast ws immense!

A very cute hotel in the middle of the city, but not on the main street so it is quiet and cozy.
The staff are amazing, the room are well designed and have everything you need, and a lot of a storage space.
The breakfast is very good, a la carte, and the staff going above and beyond. You have 2 options - Sri Lankan or western, and of course tea/coffee and fruits.
Very good hotel, much better then most in Ella
