The most sweetest and excellent staff I ever met! I would say the rooms did not match the photos, the walls were dirty, and one of the rooms I stayed had a pre-big hole right in the wall… The room had a bad smell as well, and I asked to change, and the extremely kind staff members allowed me to change. I really like the new room, but the door to the bathroom was falling off the wall. I would say in general this place is very nice… But it needs to be maintained a little bit better. A lot of things were sort of disintegrating and broken, the walls were dirty, and I was a little disappointed with that. However I stayed at three different hotels in the city, and they all had the exact same issues??
Very good location.easy access to Royal Palace. Very clean room. Worth for money. Good staff.
Extremely clean and comfortable room. Staff was super nice and carried our bags up the stairs. The noise complaints aren’t as bad as they sound, overnight there is no problem just in the morning when you should be awake.
