We had a warm welcome from Kishan, who greeted us with cold towels and a refreshing homemade juice. Our spacious room had everything required for a transfer hotel. The free airport transfer and close proximity to the airport were very convenient. A special thanks to Neranjan for the delicious meal and his knowledge about the island. Highly recommended if you need a comfortable stay after a long flight or before your return!
Our stay at Ceylanro was nothing short of wonderful! The hotel is just a quick trip from the airport, and the free transport made our arrival seamless. Upon check-in, we were greeted with warm smiles, refreshing cold towels, and a delicious homemade juice—such a lovely touch! Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was absolutely amazing. We ended our stay with a delightful breakfast that left us feeling truly satisfied. A special thanks to Kishan for his keen attention to detail—his hospitality made our experience even better. Highly recommend!
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, quiet neighborhood, comfortable room.
The manager, Kishan, was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. The hotel is new, about a year old, well appointed and surrounded by greenery. Once you are inside the gate, it is a very nice setting. The room was spacious, clean and well-decorated. The Manager took care of arranging a driver to take us to the airport at 3 am - included in the price of the room - and the cook prepared us breakfast to go which came in handy on the airplane. Kishan also printed two documents and remained courteous and professional throughout the afternoon, evening and even at 2 in the morning - not sure when he sleeps!
If you need a place to crash the night before your flight out of Colombo, there’s no better place to do it! It’s a beautiful hotel with a pool. They include a ride to the airport. And if you have to leave before breakfast, they will pack it up to go! They really helped make my travel smoother!
