Great location and view from balcony of surf and sunset. Very attentive staff, always ready for any request. Breakfast varied, lots of selection and inexpensive.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Spacious and comfortable shower. Almost just across the street from the beach. The ocean view from the room was amazing. The staff is really sweet.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, including the bedsheets and the towels. The breakfast was rich and tasy. Also, the location is close to the beach and restaurants.

Very Clean, more than i was expecting in Hikkaduwa, I spotted few Spiders and few flies in room, but No Lizards or that type of insects, which are very common in Hikkaduwa, Overall Place was Excellent

Very helpful staff. We got free room upgrades so everyone in our party could stay together. The rooms were spacious and clean. The morning breakfast was very good. The owner coordinated through Whatsapp and was very accommodating and helpful! Would definitely recommend staying here.
