The room was spacious and beds were comfortable
Ac working fine and the staff is very helpful
Exceptional service from the front office team, they were courteous, efficient, and welcoming. The rooms were immaculately clean, with well-kept shower facilities that added to the comfort of my stay, even though slightly noisy and small issues about the duplicate payment but A truly pleasant experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation.
The rooms were comfy and restful, the place was clean and even in the dorms you get a certain degree of privacy.
Very friendly & helpful staff, clean & comfortable room, very quiet. Unlimited filtered drinking water provided in glass bottles. Nice breakfast. 24 hour check in and early check in option provided.
Really nice staff! Rowan was very helpful and gave us instructions on where to go for good food. He also helped us find a good place for money exchange. Overall a really nice hotel in a nice area of the city.
