The location is nice. The breakfast is really good.
Avocado toast breakfast and coffee are great! Staff is super helpful and friendly. The pool was nice to have. AC and hot water were great!! Location was great - in the center of town but off the main road so it was quiet.
Location - 2 min from Main Road, 4 min from the beach.
Very clean, hot water, the staff is super friendly, and the pool is awesome!
But, the real value for me was Mustafa - the manager. For my entire stay I felt like the hotel's princess. My every need was met - even before I asked it, he walked me to and from the hotel after dark to make me feel safe (solo traveler). Also, I was consulting with him regarding a taxi back to the airport, and instead of "fixing" me with his friends, he booked me a local bus directly to the airport. With his OWN money, thus saved me around 160$.
Crocotopond is well located in Arugam Bay, near a ton of restaurants and the beach. The staff was super nice and helpful during our stay, and the facilities were clean. They helped us with everything we needed and we enjoyed it very much.
