Such a cosy hidden place, hosted by a lovely family. One wakes up to the sounds of birds and monkeys - if one is seeking peace of mind, this is it.
Very lovely place to stay for a night or longer. Hosts are super friendly and welcoming. You can really settle here for a while as you have a lot of space (living room) and an additional kitchen that is shared with another room. The place is located like 3 scooter minutes from center Ahangama, meaning you kind of need a scooter or are willing to walk a bit every time. But you are in the jungle, so it’s very green and more quiet than next to the road in the center. There are two different rooms, one with AC and the other one without (mine was without). It is probably one of the best value for quality places around Ahangama as it’s very spacious, clean and comes with a nice dog.
