The room was very spacious. The owner was very nice and helpful. Our AC broke down but he fixed it within an hour. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.
very very friendly and helpful staff , he kindly guided us that how we can get to airport (fastest and easiest and also cheep as well) , he himself took us to bus station .

This was amazing. Great Pool, lovely new clean accommodation. Staff were really friendly. What can I say about breakfast, so much great food we didn't need to eat until dinner time. Don't hesitate to book this private small villa.
- The apartments are beautiful, with lovely grounds and scenic views — so many tropical birds around!
- Sugath was a warm, helpful host, and the whole team worked really hard to make the stay comfortable.
- I also met the owner, who happened to be visiting from Germany — she was lovely too.
- The big patio was a definite highlight.
- The food was delicious and filling overall. I had mentioned I can’t eat spicy food, but instead of adjusting the curry or dhal, they just advised me to eat the milder dishes — a bit of a shame, as Sri Lankan food is still so flavourful even without the heat.
The place is really clean, everything is new and has all the details! The place is also quiet, the staff is really friendly and helpful. It has a nice pool and yard.
The breakfast is excellent and they put a lot of food!
