Beautiful scenery around the building, hospitality of the host and the friendly room helper Sasi.
The views are amazing every where on the property. The view from my room was amazing. It was so nice sitting on the balcony and looking the view. The breakfast in the morning is outstanding and a feast! The host makes you feel at home and even drove me into town and to my train. They went above and beyond.
We had a fantastic stay at Ella Dream Catcher Resort, where the owner Venura picked us up from and dropped us off at our Beragala cottage. He also took care of all our transportation needs to Ella town and other attractions, which was very convenient. This allowed us to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the resort and the lively vibe of the town whenever we wanted. We just contacted him whenever we needed a ride. We also hiked Ella Rock, which was easily accessible from the hotel as it was located near the trail head. The room and the service were excellent and we couldn’t ask for more.
There is no words to say, from the owner to the staff and the food, location , service, view everything is extremely perfect. The cook in the resaturent so good and the food was so so delicious. Even though its bit far from Ella town u don't need to go to Ella town to have a good meal. In-house chef is cooking wonderful food and prices are same as in a normal on-road restaurent in SriLanka. Owner and the staff always trying to do there best to keep us happy. I stayed in the family room which has 2 balconies and varendah from the front door which was amazing.I would definetley recommend this place to anyone who visits Ella.
