Spacious clean rooms with everything you need. We also had a common area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good. Kanti who is the owner is an amazing woman with beautiful energy. She helped us arrange some trips and was always taking care of us. We felt very welcomed, comfortable and save.

Clean room, cool balconies with great views including the Temple of the Tooth. Very nice host. Delicious breakfast (the monkeys think so too)! Highly recommend going on a tour with Senarath while you're staying there.

I've been traveling for 1 year and this is one of those places where you just feel like at home, therefore I stayed for 1 week. The hotel is owned and managed by a lovely very polite lady and her helpers. Most rooms are in the 2nd and 3rd floor with great ventilation, lots of light and lovely views. The location was perfect for me, only a few minutes and you are at one of the nicest parts of the lake, the road is not busy so don't worry about noise pollution and there are a few options of good restaurants to eat right next door. You can also eat breakfast at the hotel which was very convenient and affordable. The rooms and the common areas are impeccable. There is plenty of room to sit outside and inside. I had to do some paperwork so the living room area was perfect to sit and have a few office days. I enjoyed very much my stay, it is one of those places where you wish you can come back and enjoy the peace and comfort.

Our stay here was truly memorable thanks to the lovely lady who runs the place. She made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. Her warmth, kindness, and great conversation added a personal touch that you don’t often find. The two friendly cats were a charming bonus and made the space feel even cozier. It felt less like a hotel and more like staying with a friend. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!
