The apartment was clean and well maintained, we've arrived at 3am and even though we didnt manage to inform the owner about the late arrival time, he was still available, kind and helpful. We appreciate it greatly.

Very nice apartment. Close to the airport, you can comfortably rest before or after the flight. Near the building there is a local beach and several shops and restaurants. Nearby there are also car or tuk tuk rentals. Recommended place!
This property is located at one of the most happening yet calming places in Negombo! It was well maintained and relaxing even for a short stay or for a longer stay ! The Property Manager gave us an excellent service and even came in person to meet us and inquire whether everything is well. Highly recommend !
Loved the closeness to the beach and the side sea view from the balcony. Apartment home from home.
