The stuff was super friendly and accommodative. Fulfilled all my requirements without failing. 10/10 Value for money.

I reserved a room for two days, but upon arrival, the hotel did not provide the room I had selected. After I spoke with the manager, he arranged for me to be accommodated in a different room. I believe they should update the room listings with accurate photos and details. The total bill on Booking.com showed $58, but the hotel's bill was $64, and I'm unsure why there was a discrepancy. The room lacked a TV and sufficient tea-making supplies, and there were no bathroom amenities. Additionally, no room cleaning service was provided. On a positive note, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the manager was very kind and helpful. The hospitality was great.

One of the best and most suitable place to stay in heart of the Trincomalee district. We initially planned to stay for 2 nights and then we extended our stay. The reception staffs were so nice and very much attentive for any requests we made. Rooms were quite nice and cleaned, amenities and all it’s all what we wanted and we got enough of it. Pool was amazing and we actually enjoyed a lot pool as it’s just right in front of you. General Manager / Front office staffs were always attentive for the guests throughout the stay. Overall a very positive stay and would definitely come back and stay here.
