We had a wonderfull stay. The host is so nice and friendly and will do anything for his guests. He recommended us many trips in surroundings based on our preferences and took us to a beautiful lake near Anuradhapura. 10/10 for sure.

The room is basic but clean and comfy and has everything you need (bedsheets, private shower and toilet, filtred water). The hostel is situated close to both train and bus station in the city centre.

We werden opgehaald door de eigenaar. Het is een enorm vriendelijke man die er alles aan doet zodat jij de beste tijd hebt in Sri Lanka. Hij kent de omgeving erg goed en is altijd bereikbaar voor vragen of advies. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Je zit op een rustige plek maar als je een stukje loopt zijn er winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid, het leuke verblijf en de gezellige gesprekken!

What stood out the most here was the host's incredible hospitality. He speaks great English and was very kind and knowledgeable. His house is spacious and specially decorated. There's a nice hostel vibe tnere. It felt like staying with a friend! Room has both AC and fan. It is also within a walking distance of the area with cafes and restaurants.
