It’s very cozy and clean. It’s not a huge property you feel like in home and away from the noisy streets. Breakfast options are basic and delicious too. Enjoyed the breakfast table looking at the monkeys on the trees.

The property is amazing. Massive garden areas front and back. Plenty of space if you want to chill outside. Shared areas and the rooms are super clean and tidy. Best place for the buck. Host is super friendly, helpful, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommended 100%. Definitely coming back when we are visiting Hiriketiya again!

It is in central location but tucked away from the main road, we slept really well. The breakfast is superb, probably the best we had during our trip in Sri Lanka!
Room is super clean and bed is comfortable, we also loved the garden! The owner is really kind and hospitable.
