We had a memorable stay at Mansala — the room was very spacious and the large bathroom, with its wonderful outdoor shower feel, made it feel like a retreat; the family room was comfortable, the staff and owner were extremely helpful and accommodating, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners during our two-night stay. We booked a safari through Mansala which did not disappoint, and they even arranged for us to take breakfast with us for our early start at 6 am. The grounds were lovely for the children to play and enjoy nature, and we will definitely recommend Mansala to friends and look forward to returning ourselves.

We stayed in the four bedroom which was very luxurious and big. The hosting family was very kind and made delicious breakfast and dinner for us!

Mansala is a lovely, family owned Guesthouse. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and have great beds. They offer game drives with a great guide who is very knowledgeable. Be careful because many of the “guides” are simply drivers and know little about the animals and birds. The dinners at Mansala were just amazing. The hostess is an amazing chef and her meals will impress you. The breakfasts are good, but the star is the evening meal. The owners are kind, gracious, helpful and want to leave you impressed.

Highly recommend staying at Mandala House for lodgings and safari. The house and grounds are beautiful. It's tucked away from the street so it is peaceful. We wished we had more time there. The host is warm, welcoming and accommodating. However long you plan to stay, add another day and just enjoy this beautiful place.
